2024-2025 Student Fees
The Ballard Community School District charges fees for textbooks and other items in accordance with state law and guidance by the Iowa Department of Education.
General Fees

| Grade K – 5 Textbook Fee (**Reduced rate) | $20.00 per student |
| Grade 6 – 12 Textbook Fee | $70.00 per student |
| Grade 6 – 12 Textbook Fee (**Reduced rate) | $25.00 per student |
| Dual Enrolled Home School Student Textbook Fee | $25.00 per student |
| 3 year old Preschool | $300.00 per month |
Optional Fees

Fees will only be reduced or waived when the Application for Free/Reduced Meals along with the 2024-2025 Student Fee Waiver Application forms have been completed and returned to the Administration Office for processing.
Student fees for the 2024-2025 year can be paid through your Infinite Campus Parent Portal Account. If you do not wish to make a payment online, cash and check payments will still be accepted in any Ballard school office.
